Rebind Friday Rules

These rules govern Rebind Friday, a weekly free prize draw organized by Rebind SAS on the X account @getrebind. By participating, entrants accept these rules in full.

1 Organizer

Rebind Friday is organized by Rebind SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée having its registered office located at 14 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 94160 Saint-Mandé, France, registered with the Créteil Trade and Company Registry under number 938 404 829 (hereinafter “Rebind”).

2 Promotion

Rebind Friday is a weekly free prize draw. Each weekly edition constitutes a distinct promotion with its own entry period. The promotion runs on a recurring basis until Rebind terminates the series in accordance with Article 10.

3 Entry period

Each weekly edition opens at 18:00 CET on Friday and closes at 17:59 CET on the following Friday. The random draw takes place immediately after the close of the entry period.

4 Eligibility

Participation in Rebind Friday is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who hold a verified Rebind account in good standing at the time of the draw. Employees of Rebind SAS and members of their immediate family are excluded from participation.

5 How to enter

To be entered into a given weekly edition of Rebind Friday, a participant must satisfy both of the following conditions:

  • hold a verified Rebind account at the close of the entry period, and

  • quote tweet the corresponding weekly Rebind Friday post published by the @getrebind X account, including their Rebind username in the quote tweet.

Both conditions are required. Entries not satisfying both conditions are invalid. Entry to Rebind Friday is free and does not require any purchase or payment of any kind.

6 Prize

Each weekly edition of Rebind Friday awards a total of five hundred euros (€500), distributed across sixteen (16) winners as follows:

  • one (1) prize of €250

  • five (5) prizes of €25

  • ten (10) prizes of €5

Prizes are credited directly to each winner's Rebind savings balance. Prizes are funded by Rebind separately from the savings yield and do not constitute an adjustment to the advertised interest rate.

7 Winner selection

Winners are selected at random from the pool of valid entries using a deterministic script. The random seed used for each weekly draw is available upon request to allow independent verification of the result.

8 Notification and publicity consent

Winners are notified by in-app notification and by email at the address associated with their Rebind account, within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw. By entering Rebind Friday, participants consent to Rebind publishing their X handle and Rebind username in the weekly winner announcement post, and grant Rebind a limited, non-exclusive right to use those identifiers solely for the purpose of announcing and documenting the promotion.

9 Personal data

Processing of personal data by Rebind is governed by the Rebind Privacy Policy. Participation in Rebind Friday involves the association of the participant's X handle with their Rebind account record for the sole purpose of administering the promotion. Participants retain all rights set out in the Privacy Policy, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

10 Force majeure, suspension and modification

Rebind reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate Rebind Friday at any time in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, technical failures, or changes in applicable law or regulation. In such events, Rebind's liability is limited to the value of the prize for the affected weekly edition.

11 Platform disclaimer

Rebind Friday is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. X Corp bears no responsibility for the conduct of the promotion.

12 Availability of rules

The present rules are published at rebind.co/legal/rebind-friday-rules and are provided free of charge to any person who requests them in writing at the organizer's registered office address.

13 Governing law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with Rebind Friday shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
